Terms of use
Short, because the app is for practising, not for lawyers.

What SwingMirror is
SwingMirror is a practice aid. It shows you a slow-motion replay of a swing you have just made. It does not measure, score or coach, and a replay is a picture of what the camera saw, not a judgement of what you did.
Use it where it is allowed
Video and replay devices may be restricted during competition rounds and at some clubs and ranges. It is your responsibility to use the app only where it is permitted and, when other people are in frame, to respect their wishes. We take no responsibility for a penalty, dispute or complaint arising from its use.
No guarantee
Detection can miss a swing or trigger on something that was not one, depending on framing, light and how you move. The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
Your device, your clips
You may use the app on any compatible device you own or control under Apple’s App Store terms. Clips you save belong to you and are stored in your own Photos library. Sharing them is entirely your choice.
The website
You may use golfswingmirror.com for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to overload, probe or scrape it. The contact form and release list are for people, not automated submissions.
Intellectual property
The SwingMirror name, mark and website content are ours.
Changes and law
